Aristotle is my favorite Greek philosopher and scientist, with teachings that including problems and methods of inquiry. The quote, "we are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit," resonated with me after taking philosophy and Greek art in college. I have his book Metaphysics on myself and read it to encourage me to take control of my daily habits because according to his and his mentor Plato's teachings, the world we observe around us constantly and perpetually changing. In college, I understood that I had the power to make the best of the world and emulate this.
The beach scenes in this video are A1A in Boca Raton, where I continually ran miles upon miles, for several marathon training seasons. Marathon running holds dear to me because on Saturday mornings before the sunrise, I was on the beach trail training.

The triangle symbols used throughout the video represent balance. The balance of Mind, Body, and Soul. I strongly believe in a self-wellness and being your best self every day.

The color triangles were a color theory practice, done so I could understand color on my own, although not perfect, it was an experiment in illustrator.
Finally, the rippling effect of the circles represents Aristotle's teachings of perpetual change.
